He has experience of over 17 yrs spanning various technology solutions for Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive and Telecom and has worked across geographies in South East Asia, India and the Middle East.
Before joining Anaplan, Amit worked with Oracle as the domain lead of planning for APAC. Amit is a postgraduate from SP Jain Mumbai.

Currently, he is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Panasonic Appliances India Company Limited, a Japan MNC and a Public limited company is engaging into the business of manufacture and sale of home appliances products, where he is heading the various roles in Finance, Secretarial and Legal functions. He handles the Finance, Taxation, Treasury, Pricing, Compliance, Legal & Secretarial, Business planning, Budgeting, Merger & Acquisition, Strategic Alliances and Investor Relations.

Prior to Panasonic, he was heading the Finance Team and Secretarial department in R. Stahl Private Limited, a German MNC. He was also previously worked with Lumina Datamatics, a US MNC, where he was the Financial Controller and Company Secretary.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA), Company Secretary (FCS) and Cost Accountant (FCMA).
He is also a visiting faculty for various Educational institutions, Speaker and Examiner for the Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretaries institutions.

Vinay Singh Kushwaha completed B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and joined Hindustan Lever in 1986 as a management trainee. In his career of 22 years with Hindustan Lever, he did a variety of technical and supply chain roles and in different businesses and rose rapidly to the position of a Vice President. He worked in the North African business of Unilever as a Supply Chain Director for 3 years and as a Regional Vice president for the Skin care category for Asia. He was part of Unilever’s Singapore based Supply Chain Leadership team for Asia.

Before joining Britannia, Vinay worked with Dabur India where he was Executive Director-Operations responsible for India and global operations of the Company.

Vinay Singh Kushwaha joined Britannia in August 2010 and was appointed Vice President -Supply Chain effective 1st August. He was recently re-designated as Chief Supply Chain Officer.

In his current role, Vinay is responsible for manufacturing, projects and technology, planning & replenishment.

Mr. Kumar Subbiah is the Executive Director Finance at CEAT Limited responsible for Finance,

Management, Taxation, Information Technology and Supply Chain.

He joined CEAT in early 2015 as the Senior Vice President – Materials & Outsourcing for CEAT Limited after
spending little over 20 years with Unilever/Hindustan Unilever where he handled various Finance &
Commercial roles in and outside India. Kumar is a B.Com Graduate from Loyola College, Chennai. He is
also a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant with professional interests both in Finance & Supply
Chain. In his free time, he enjoys playing Flute. His other hobbies are photography and enjoys watching
Bollywood movies with the family.

Mr. Lalit Malik is the Chief Financial Officer at Dabur India Ltd. A Finance professional with over three decades of experience in India and abroad, Lalit oversees the Accounting, Business Support, Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, Internal audit and Tax functions at Dabur globally.

Lalit is part of the core strategic group at Dabur. As Dabur’s Joint Chief Risk Officer, he has helped the company successfully navigate the emerging risks and the several structural changes in India’s Regulatory Environment.
Prior to Dabur, he has worked with companies like Philips, Gillette, Proctor & Gamble, American Express & Moser Baer.
