Hemant Tiwari is the Vice President & Managing Director at Hitachi Vantara for India & SAARC. Hemant joined Hitachi Vantara in July 2018. His primary responsibility is to manage the innovation and growth engine of Hitachi Vantara in India & SAARC.

In his 40 years of professional career, Hemant was associated with leading organizations such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise for close to 20 years in various roles with a focus on developing International Sales & Business Leadership. At Hewlett Packard, Hemant rebuilt the Enterprise Group Management structure and developed a strong talent pool that benefitted the organization’s business.

Prior to Hewlett Packard, Hemant was associated with firms such as Microland Limited where he was responsible for sales, customer support and education division. Furthermore, he was also associated with DCM Data Systems wherein, as the regional manager, he led a team of 75 sales, presales, systems and service professionals and was responsible for both sales and support business, operations and business and financial metrics at regional level.

Hemant believes in being adept with latest developments in the technology domain. Very recently, he concluded educational courses in Blockchain from University of Oxford and in IoT: Business Implications and Opportunities from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Sanjay Agrawal is the Director–Platforms and Solutions Group, Hitachi Vantara, India. Sanjay joined Hitachi Vantara in 2017 and brings with him over 30+ years of industry experience.

In this role, Sanjay is responsible for the technical direction at Hitachi Vantara and leads a team of solutions-focused business consultants and technical experts in India to help customers realize business transformation. Hi team is responsible for developing solutions in Analytics, IOT, Content Platform, Public Safety Solutions, Enterprise Storage and Server solutions. Furthermore, Sanjay leads a team that is also responsible for Business Development and Product Specialization.

Prior to joining Hitachi Vantara, he worked for Hewlett Packard Enterprise for 19 years where he was responsible for various strategic and leadership roles. His last project involved successfully transforming the presales team for next-generation consultative selling, particularly on emerging trends and technologies. Prior to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Sanjay was associated with Pertech Computers Limited for nine years where he started his career as a Customer support engineer and moved up the ranks to become Sr. Area Customer Support Manager.

At Hitachi Vantara, Sanjay strengthens the India Presales team into a niche specialist community to enhance collaboration and further shares his expertise across different regions in India. Through his long career, Sanjay has a diverse set of experience across vertical industries, connected with his knowledge in third and fourth platform technologies.
