Dipali has also been instrumental in making Welspun an innovative consumer focused organisation with Sustainability woven seamlessly into all aspects of value chain.

She has been recognized as 16^th most powerful woman in Asia and 4^th in India by Forbes in 2016. Dipali Goenka was co-chair in India Economic Summit 2017 organized by World Economic Forum. She was an Inspire series speaker at Harvard India conference 2018. Dipali has a strong focus on women empowerment and has undertaken significant initiatives to promote skill and entrepreneurship development in local communities. She is the chairperson of ASSOCHAM Women’s council and on board of Consumption platform at World economic forum.

Dipali is a graduate in Psychology and a Harvard alumnus.

Piyush joined Accenture in 2007 and has worked across the European and Asian Markets in the areas of business strategy, transformation, cost reduction, business re-alignment, and outsourcing of IT and operations functions. He has been working with organisations in the Banking, Insurance, and Energy sectors across Asia Pacific and Latin America driving change and transformation in the areas of digital technology as well as structural simplification and cost reduction.

Previously, Piyush was Senior Managing Director of Financial Services for Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, responsible for setting Accenture’s overall vision and strategy as well as guiding the development of client relationships in the region. Before that, he also led Accenture’s Financial Services business in India.

Prior to joining Accenture, Piyush was part of the leadership team at that Lloyds Banking Group. Having worked across several other Financial Services organisations including Barclays, American Express and RBS, Piyush brings extensive experience of working with Boards and shaping business strategy, change management and IT programmes. Piyush also held a few other senior roles including Head of Strategic Alliances for the life, pensions and investments firm Scottish Widows, and member of the management board at the UK-based IT services firm Xansa.
Piyush has a degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from ENPC School of International Management in Paris. He is based in New Delhi.

Saurabh is Accenture’s Managing Director and India Lead for Applied Intelligence – which constitutes Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Automation.

As the AI Lead for India, he is responsible for enabling businesses to achieve disruptive strategic outcomes through Analytics Innovation and accelerate Analytics and AI adoption for Indian clients across industries while fostering Accenture’s market leading position in Analytics-led business transformation.

In his 15+ years of experience, Saurabh has led consulting work across the UK, US, and Asia – in the areas of Growth Strategy, Sales & Marketing Effectiveness, and Supply Chain Transformation – managing large scale programs that combine consulting, technology and managed services.

Previously, Saurabh was the MD and Lead – Digital Customer Strategy for Accenture’s products business in India – responsible for driving the digital innovation agenda for clients in Auto, Industrial Equipment, Pharma and Consumer Goods sectors.
