In this role, she assists the bank in identifying and implementing potential game changing technologies. Currently, she is engaged in designing use cases for leveraging AI/ML, implementing Big Data solutions, leveraging cloud infrastructure and in providing direction on cybersecurity related technology. Ms. Rao was Chief Technology Officer for Kotak Mahindra Bank and group companies for over a decade.
